Do not delete: merge

The merge notice here is completely justified: just look at the extra detail in this version on the Peninsular War. The article was created by mistake: it was one of the Monmouth project "Planned Articles", and I assumed rashly they had been checked for duplication. But the tagging for CSD is inaccurate.
