[edit]I believe the way to count is "last", "next to last" (first-to-last), "second to last"; next comes "third from last". Ultima, penult, antepenult, anteantepenult. Laburke (talk) 02:56, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
- As I was intending it, "third-from-last" meant the syllable before next-to-last. I was counting the last syllable as number 1, next-to-last as 2, and thus the antepenult was third. But I guess this isn't the most obvious method of counting, so I have reworded. — Eru·tuon 04:21, 4 September 2011 (UTC)
