Type of tidal plant

Hi. Does anyone know what type (TSG, DTP, TB) of tidal plant this is? I don't seem to find that info anywhere. The 2004-captured GeoEye satellite image (which Google Maps uses at the time of this posting) shows no surface features over the strait, but we cant depend on that as, well, it was 2004-captured.
