Feedback on WGST 3991 proposal

[edit]Everything in this article is relevant to the topic and is presented neutrally. However, there are a couple of minor problems. The link to the first citation does not work. There are also areas that are a bit wordy that could be made more concise. For example, you could change "It was during this period, the late 1970s, that she began studying onchocerciasis, or river blindness, after encountering the disease during her travels around the area" to "It was during this period in the late 1970s that she began studying onchocerciasis (river blindness) after encountering the disease during her travels around the area."
