  • Y'Blood's book should have a Google Books' URL. Also, Google Books claim the book was made in 2012 and WorldCat claims it was 1999 made. Which one is correct?
  • Originally published in 1999, reprinted in another edition in 2012. I have it in the 2012 version, and it shouldn't matter much.
