Commercial service
[edit]Other than Lloyd's registration there is little on the web regarding the ship's operation prior to seizure in New York. It was a fairly small vessel and quite likely did not operate in trans-Atlantic service before seeking refuge in neutral New York when Denmark was occupied and Britain and France began seizing Danish vessels at sea. Even Danish language "hits" appear to have nothing concerning operations of the ship. The company descriptions include some routes to North and South America but nothing on this ship. Anyone with Danish sources that might help could perhaps fill out that period between 1938 and 1940. Palmeira (talk) 15:43, 16 September 2021 (UTC)
