"LC (noun; local U.S., San Francisco Bay Area)"

This particular entry is not an actual example of San Francisco-area birding slang, but a specific, derogatory reference to a local minor. The original author of the entry has removed edits explaining this, so I'm adding it to the talk page for further transparency.
