This item is called 'tubes and primers' but then deals with cartridges, a much bigger and more complicated subject.
It also seems to have been written circa 1900. While this is valid, providing its historical nature is made clear, it fails to address the modern situation.Nfe (talk) 02:46, 24 September 2008 (UTC)
