[edit]Please help with this article, this is my first page, and I don't really know what I'm doing.Dorkycool06 (talk) 20:38, 12 January 2008 (UTC)
- I did some clean up and have seen that you expanded the article, great! well, if you need anything, please leave a message on my talk page. Please bear in mind that the article needs in-text citations (that is resources to support that particular text)Λua∫Wise (talk) 10:31, 13 January 2008 (UTC)
The bulk of the article, particularly sections re the museums and gardens, reads as though is were a pamphlet or promotional site for the visitor center rather than an ecnycyclopedia article. Please revise, removing words like "ours" and maintain proper tone. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.111.1.83 (talk) 14:43, 7 March 2011 (UTC)
I think that if the article is to say that the North Carolina History Center "sets a new standard for the museum experience", then it must cite something reputable in support of this. This is a very bold statement and effectively claims that this particular museum is innovative in a world-beating way. On a promotional pamphlet this claims is dodgy but acceptable, but is not so in an encyclopedia. If a reputable citation cannot be found, then the claim should be removed.
