Oppose merge of articles. Although DWAC has merged into TMTG, the company is notable from a Wikipedia perspective, because it meets both the general notability guideline and also the specific guideline for notability for companies. Specifically, the four criteria for companies are clearly met: there is (1) significant coverage from sources (2) independent of the article subject (3) that are reliable sources and (4) that are secondary sources. The fact that much of the DWAC content was transferred from the TMTG article is irrelevant, especially since prior to the merger the content only related to DWAC and not TMTG. Finally, the DWAC article should be kept as a standalone because it is useful to have an article that relates solely to DWAC, and in particular, its life as a public company prior to the merger with TMTG.
