Burning

It is different. This one is in Kyiv, while your link is about Odessa.

The Kyiv building got burned as a result of clashes between policemen and protesters. At the time, Ukrainian sources claimed the building was set afire by policemen on purpose, to leave the protesters without their headquarters.
