[edit]Before everybody goes on about how March 18-23, 2012 was not a tornado outbreak sequence, let me explain. The official definition of a tornado outbreak sequence is multiple tornado outbreak days (a tornado outbreak is a day with typically 8 or more confirmed tornadoes) with none OR VERY FEW breaks inbetween. Considering that only two days did not meet the requirement for a tornado outbreak, I think that this can be counted as a tornado outbreak sequence.
