No serious source for death

[edit]

Does someone have a serious source for death? So far, I can only find collaborative sites like IMDb or Libero. They don't even agree on the date: 16th February, 17th February, 19th February. It could not look more like a rumour.

Also, the birth date diverges from WP:it and WP:en. --Agatino Catarella (talk) 04:28, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Nothing yet. One Italian source says he died but no date given. Could be from rumours as well. I changed birth year to match Italian/French wikis. — Wyliepedia 04:47, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

just 1, 2, 3..none in english....--Stemoc (talk) 05:03, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

About (1) : on http://www.funweek.it/chi-siamo I can read: "FUNWEEK: CHI SIAMO Funweek.it è il superblog dedicato al mondo dell'intrattenimento".
(2) looks a bit more serious.
(3) is almost certainly wrong since they announce his death on the 19th while it was already announced on IMDb on the 16th.
Blogs, blogs, blogs, all copying each other and copying Wikipedia...
I'd like to see a major newspaper like La Repubblica publish some verified information. --Agatino Catarella (talk) 05:55, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

I'm giving up. People keep readding death dates with "sources". The funny thing is, IMDb announced his death on the 16th. They must have a very good crystal ball on IMDb, since Wikipedia states he died on the 19th... --Agatino Catarella (talk) 15:45, 20 February 2014 (UTC)[reply]

A new element: someone says he went to his funerals on February 19th: http://archiwatch.it/2014/02/20/galassi-sono-sergio-43/ . That makes it difficult for him to be dead on the 19th, on the same day... --Agatino Catarella (talk) 10:56, 10 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
