Coat of Arms
[edit]The picture previously added is fan-made and not factually accurate to canon in either the show or books. A new picture that is accurate should be added. AffeL, please stop reverting the page back to the inaccurate former picture. When a reason was given for the removal you should have either listed a response the first time you reverted it or not reverted it at all. 198.212.237.48 (talk) 20:09, 28 May 2017 (UTC)
- Source is needed. - AffeL (talk) 20:10, 28 May 2017 (UTC)
- 198.212.237.48, @AffeL: you're going to have to talk this one out and stop edit warring. If this continues, it's likely you'll both end up blocked and that's not going to help anything. Now, my understanding of this is the image being used to portray a coat of arms is not canon and is fan-made? Is there a suitable alternative image we could consider using instead? -- There'sNoTime (to explain) 20:15, 28 May 2017 (UTC)
- Their is this one:(http://awoiaf.westeros.org/images/5/5d/Joffrey_sigil_coat.png), which is fan made from the show:(Source:https://pbs.twimg.com/profile_images/492873127441862656/3h2G3y2i.jpeg). - AffeL (talk) 20:21, 28 May 2017 (UTC)
- AffeL, maybe you could have provided a source for the image when it was removed with a reason the first time? And "their"? There'sNoTime, the original image was fan-made, yes, and it was incorrect. Colour-wise for the most part. Checking out the official sites for ASOIAF/GoT confirms this, as does the official wiki for it. We can change it and it's done. I've meant to find one since I removed the incorrect image the first time. I didn't intend for this to become an edit war but when I was editing and citing reasons and AffeL was reverting without saying anything, I took it for vandalizing on his part. 198.212.237.48 (talk) 20:55, 28 May 2017 (UTC)
