As a first time editor, I added a list of references consisting of verifiable source material, published and peer reviewed to this page. I also added links. Both have since been revised by other more experienced editors. I apologize for disturbances to the page my efforts and my perceived conflict of interest have caused. The above user has expressed to me that he wants all of his contributions, which may have been perceived as potentially a conflict of interest, to be undone. As he doesn't wish to further edit the article because of the appearance of COI, I've taken care of this. I found that he made only one edit which changed the text of the article; all of his other edits were to the External links and References sections after the main article body. Part of this one edit was already undone by others, and I undid his other changes to the article text. It's all very minor, and is really just about appearances. The links have already been trimmed and the article needs the references to be worked on and integrated into inline citations, but the user no longer has any contributions present in the article's text; I see no need for a {{COI}} tag, and I have removed it. Note: There has been a very critical error made to the Fractal reactor section of this page which I noticed today: a reference to "cold fusion." Siler's work focuses exclusively on extremely high temperature fusion NOT cold fusion. This did not exist in the original article written some years ago or even on the page a few days ago. It is a major content error. Also, it is no longer clear what the IAEA is doing with the fractal reactor project. That section would be best removed. It is evident that Siler continues to work on it. Perhaps a more accurate update would read: To further advance this development, Siler is exploring a collaboration with researchers in the field of nuclear fusion. For any veteran editors who have been monitoring this page, many thanks for your kind consideration. As you may have read, my COI prohibits my contributing. However it has been suggested that I could help by posting relevant source material. I have taken the last few weeks to review and source references in an effort to assist those who may have an interest to improve this BLP. why this needs work

Specifically, WP:NORESUMES.

Let it be put plainly and simply: if you were [actually] so cool, you wouldn't have to post your résumé on Wikipedia.

As almost the entire References section is written either by Siler or about Siler (rather than, say, an objective source lending support to the sort of work that Siler has attempted), and none is properly cited in the article, for the sake of user utility I have blanked them for the moment — certainly anyone smart enough to read up on Siler can figure out how to use DuckDuckGo or similar. These are welcome to return when inserted properly; maybe the article could use some explicit See also or better use of the External links section.

I've replaced the musty More footnotes cry (6.5 years old and still unaddressed) with something more relevant.
