Speculation
[edit]I've removed a couple of points that were, I feel, incorrect or simply just speculation. There was a reference to Allansia being America, Khul being Africa and Port Blacksand L A etc. There is no evidence provided for this, and it would appear that such comparisons are speculative at best. Likewise the reference that the Vampire Reiner Heydrich is based on a Nazi with a similar name seems pure speculation. Both first and surname are common German names, and as such it is possibly just a co-incidence. Also there is another (good) character called Seigfried Heydrich. Unless there is any direct evidence from the author that these names were choosen deliberatly, then it appears it is just speculation.Wizlop (talk) 08:34, 28 December 2008 (UTC)
I fully agree. The part with comparisons to America and Africa is pure speculation. Moreover, a quick glance at the atlas provided in the book (Titan) shows that the continents are nothing like America and Africa...155.136.80.37 (talk) 10:18, 1 February 2011 (UTC)
Rewrite
[edit]This article is in need of a MASSIVE rewrite and expansion. I'm currently polishing up the central Fighting Fantasy article and entries on the individual books. I'll get to it in the end, but it would be great if someone could jump in and at least make a start on this. Euchrid 07:51, 5 August 2005 (UTC)
- Something that would be terrific is a summary of the creation mythos (iirc, it's in the Titan book). I'll add to this as I go, but I don't possess the book anymore (will hopefully find it soon, and my copy of Allansia). Noble Kale 00:45, 23 August 2006 (UTC)
Deities
[edit]I've enlarged and reorganised the list of dieties, mostly by type. Should it indicate whether it's a God or Goddess? Tremor27 16:05, 10 November 2005 (UTC)

Page move
[edit]I'm thinking about moving this page to Titan (book) or similar, as an article about a book which exists in the real world seems preferable to an article about a fictional world, and more likely to survive a future attempt by some busy-body to delete it. And the book is about that world anyway. Richard75 (talk) 14:50, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
- May be a good idea, but would require some work on the text to describe the contents of the book rather than the world itself. I had a quick look at the articles for the early FF books, and none of them link to the Titan article or mention they are set there. Deagol2 (talk) 17:47, 3 July 2017 (UTC)
- I've moved it and re-written the lead paragraph. It's a ridiculously short article though, and I'll try to flesh it out a bit over the next few days. Richard75 (talk) 16:59, 3 July 2018 (UTC)
