The name referred of nizam was in style but why you are refering name of " shivaji maharaj " as just shivaji? do u feel it below dignity to adress a great emporor shivaji maharaj, if you stay in india and you feel something about India and Maharashtra and great history.... you should have written nizam as zizam and shivaji as The great maratha emporor Shivaji maharaj ......
