Garman appears to be chiefly notable for his relationship to his parents, but notability is not inherited. The citations provided are taken from the gallery catalogs for his two shows, and a brief mention of him in a book about his father. More significant, independent coverage is needed to verify the notability of this individual. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!!13:54, 16 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
PS: One might presume from the facts presently in evidence that Theodore Garman's works are included in the Garman Ryan Collection due more to the affection of his mother, a noted socialite and philanthropist, than to any talent or notability of his own. However, knowing nothing of Garman, his family, or his art, I am willing to defer to the available sources, which so far, are scant. WikiDan61ChatMe!ReadMe!!14:21, 16 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
