[edit]I think the article should make it clear that it is talking about United States Law only and sections should be added on how other countries treat these cases. Aethalides (talk) 11:57, 3 October 2018 (UTC)
Article is off topic
[edit]One or two of the citations are about American law, but the article is almost entirely a list of British cases and then it discusses Australian law. Zkidwiki (talk) 18:26, 6 April 2021 (UTC)
