  • Article is new, both on the English and Italian Wikipedias. Sourcing mainly from books, but the sources that I was able to access freely are from trusted news sources such as Corriere della Sera. A quick glance of the source material in Corriere della Sera tells me that the translation to English is indeed accurate. Prose is long enough and meets NPOV requirements. Photograph leaves just a tad to be desired but considering it is an active excavation site, I imagine other sourced photos might be more difficult to provide at this time. When the artifacts are finally displayed, I think Wikipedia would do well to have some of these photographs in the article. Of course that is well into the future. My vote is . Mike H. Images

[edit]

Are there any images of the archaeological finds? Golem08 (talk) 21:59, 1 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Free images, no. But I can ask my Wikipedian friends who are in Rome (I'm abroad at the moment) to drop by St. Peter's and take a couple of photos (if they will let them in). Alex2006 (talk) 07:12, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Great, thank you. Golem08 (talk) 20:28, 2 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
