Austin Amelio
[edit]I'm thinking we should remove him from the article, or at least hide him until/if he appears this season, and it doesn't appear to be that he's in this season. Looking at the updated cast section on the official website, he's listed under "more cast", where all former cast members are listed; he also doesn't have a new character portrait, unlike all the other regulars. Also in a recent interview, the actor speaks about what he'd like his character to do in the future. It's pretty clear he hasn't filmed anything. The source that is being used to cite for his appearance isn't the greatest either and it also states it stars Lennie James, who has moved to Fear. Thoughts? I agree too, I've not seen anything to suggest he has filmed anything to date. The show wraps filming in November so there's plenty of time but it appears Dwight just isn't in their plans at the moment. But with The Arrangement now canceled Christine Evangelista could potentially return as Sherry, and they could bring Dwight back too. Esuka323 (talk) 21:22, 15 September 2018 (UTC)
Andrew Lincoln teases bloody goodbye
[edit]It will be confirmed soon that Rick Grimes will die on this season sadly. Hastethanwoman (talk) 00:43, 7 October 2018 (UTC)
Image?
[edit]Can we get an image for What Comes After's infobox considering it's Rick's last episode? The Optimistic One (talk) 20:30, 5 November 2018 (UTC)
- Yes, I can see a valid NFCC justification for Rick standing in the pile of corpses as we know that was inspired by an alt cover of #100 comic issue. (sourced already). --Masem (t) 21:19, 5 November 2018 (UTC)
Do you know anyone who can upload it?The Optimistic One (talk) 02:12, 6 November 2018 (UTC)
Cast members listed under "Miscellaneous"
[edit]The cast members added with this edit need to be removed. They were portrayed by body doubles per this interview with Greg Nicotero. I'll copy and paste the relevant bits from the article.
"In the big scene in which Rick imagines walking through that pile of bodies from which Sasha stands up, there was a mix of current cast members and 100 extras as well as body doubles and actual dummies of former characters."
"There were body doubles for Tyreese, Sophia, Dale, Beth, and Sasha [due to scheduling conflicts, Sonequa Martin-Green would shoot her scene at a different time], and full-size dummies for Carl, Shane, Hershel, Glenn, Abraham, and one of what kinda looked kind of like Nicotero himself."
The only actors that actually returned were Bernthal, Wilson, and Martin-Green. Drovethrughosts (talk) 17:46, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
- Removed, due to exactly that reasoning. --Masem (t) 18:06, 19 November 2018 (UTC)
Starring
[edit]Before further rumbling! I'm just now Kleve and start the discussion with it, my goodness.
And it's about the starring order. I put Khary Payton in front of Jeffrey Dean Morgan, because from episode 6 Payton is listed before Morgan. Even though Payton was listed in the first five episodes in the so-called Starring, one should still pay attention to the chronological order of the main characters from episode 6 onwards. Even if, as I said, Payton is only listed from episode six in the Openings. After all, it's Season 7 with Alanna Masterson, Christian Serratos and Josh McDermitt. Because these three actors will be listed in episode 1 of Season 7 in So Starring and are therefore listed after Morgan. From episode two, the three are listed before Morgan and it is also on the side of Season 7, so why not Payton in Season 9? Otherwise, the other three would have to be listed after Morgan in Season 7, because the three are listed from episode 2 in the Openings! --TheKerberos01 21:11, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- I've moved Masterson, McDermitt, and Serratos into before Morgan on the season 7 page. - Chairhandlers (Talk to Me!) 20:33, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you for bringing this dispute to the talk page as requested!! So, is the warning to not put Payton ahead of Morgan out of date? Should the warning be removed? Akld guy (talk) 21:48, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- Hi. I don't think so, we should still follow MOS:TVCAST as we have been doing. - Chairhandlers (Talk to Me!) 22:27, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
