Copyright violation
[edit]Much to my dismay, this article has once again been lifted nearly verbatim from the newspaper's about page. [1] I rewrote Stanford Daily back in January to replace the copyright-violating text, but here it is again. Can we at least come up with an original way to say all this? – Minh Nguyễn (talk, contribs) 17:45, 20 October 2006 (UTC)
- I've partially rewritten the article so that it isn't so blatantly a copy of the newspaper's website, but there's still more to do. – Minh Nguyễn (talk, contribs) 01:11, 22 October 2006 (UTC)
I corrected mistakes in the history section (about the origins of the Supreme Court case) and added two sentences about the Daily journalism that had the biggest impact: the bookstore investigation. Also made small fixes to alumni section. Everything is based on cites to reputable sources.Felicitybarr (talk)
External links modified
[edit]Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to one external link on The Stanford Daily. Please take a moment to review my edit. If necessary, add {{cbignore}}
after the link to keep me from modifying it. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}}
to keep me off the page altogether. I made the following changes:
- Added archive https://web.archive.org/20090215184926/http://uwire.com:80/content/affiliates.html to http://www.uwire.com/content/affiliates.html
When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true to let others know.
