"syndicates" vs. "networks" in infobox.
[edit]I have reverted an edit that replaced "syndicates" with "networks" in the infobox. The accompanying edit summary said, "NBC, CBS, and Mutual were networks, not syndicates."
I agree fully with the edit summary. The problem is that Template:Infobox radio show does not provide for "networks" as a parameter. Therefore, the change effectively removed NBC, CBS, and Mutual from the infobox to anyone who looked at the article and not at the source view.
I would prefer the infobx to show "networks: NBC, CBS, Mutual" but since that seems impossible with the current structure of the infobox, I think reverting to "syndicates" is the better option.
I will post a query about this topic on Template talk:Infobox radio show to seek comments there. Eddie Blick (talk) 03:14, 30 December 2023 (UTC)
