Not notable for any reason other than the building being listed at Grade II. Should be included on a list of pubs in the City, perhaps, but not worthy of its own article reliant on one source. Pubs are not artificial geographical features, they are buildings, and WP policy states that "they require significant coverage by reliable, third-party sources to establish notability."
