Is LARAS owned by NARAS?

I've been doing some owrk on this page. In the infobox I entered some information. One part of it says that the Latin Academy's parent company in NARAS (Recording Academy). Is this true? I think it is but I'm not sure. If it is not true then do not hesitate to remove that bit of information. --MusicGeek101 (talk) 18:59, 15 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
