Hi, I did some more research on the copyright status, but I felt like it was too detailed, so I took it out. Here's the information (in case anyone else is curious or thinks we should add it back in). Rachel Helps (BYU) (talk) 20:29, 9 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Weller acquired the copyright in 1976 when he reprinted The Giant Joshua.[1]: 387  Weller died in 2009.[2] The official record shows Stephen M. Rapp as a second party on the copyright filed in 1979.[3]
