TFA rerun

[edit]

Any objections to throwing this article into the pile of potential TFA reruns for this year and next? Any cleanup needed? If it helps, here's a list of dead or dubious links. - Dank (push to talk) 23:02, 10 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Note to self: I've checked as far as this edit. - Dank (push to talk) 02:56, 16 September 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Size of triptych

[edit]

I'm a bit confused about the size of the triptych. In the caption under the high resolution image, it says: 205.5 cm × 384.9 cm (81 in × 152 in). That doesn't seem to be right considering the aspect ratio. In the text, I found two more mentions: center panel (220 × 195 cm, 87 × 77 in) and right panel (220 × 97.5 cm, 87 × 38.4 in).

I checked on Museo del Prado website, and there it says: "Height: 185.8 cm; Width of the central panel: 172.5 cm; Width of the wing: 76.5 cm" I tested these proportions with the digital image size and these numbers seem to be correct. Keszthelyi.peter (talk) 15:50, 26 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Stolen Art

[edit]

Since “the Duke of Alba confiscated the picture and brought it to Spain” the painting qualifies as stolen art and should returned to the House of Orange. Aoosten (talk) 20:49, 1 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Who in the House of Orange is now asking for is asking for its return? How would you suggest changing the article? Without some sources, would it not be WP:RGW? Martinevans123 (talk) 20:55, 1 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
