I disagree. It's short, but it's neutral, and says exactly what it is for those who don't know. If it said something like "combines 12 AMAZING games" or similar, then yes, it would read like an advert... but that isn't the case here (of course, the article may have been edited since the above comment, but I see no date or sig from the above user, so I can't compare).
