Inscriptions

The inscriptions appear to be in Chinese on the photos, but the English translation is only starting grade. Is there an authoritative, idiomatic English translation available somewhere? Google search doesn't show me one...yet. --Wtshymanski (talk) 02:43, 21 July 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Rename page?

I can't find any source that translates this monument as "The First 228 Peace Memorial Monument" (it's also not a direct translation of the Mandarin name). See: https://travel.chiayi.gov.tw/travel-content?id=64&lang=en -- I would suggest maybe "Chiayi 228 Monument" instead? DrIdiot (talk) 08:46, 14 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
