Everyone?

[edit]

Where is everyone, who is updating this Wikipedia page? — 73.47.37.131 (talk) 23:04, 11 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The episode list page has been updated, but, with the exception of changing timeslots from Fridays to Saturdays, the show has stayed true to form its entire run. — Wyliepedia 21:39, 10 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Show objective

[edit]

I've just caught on to this show since mid-2020. I've found one important difference in this show (as opposed to others of it's type) is that although most of the show deals with the two investigations and an attempt to prove them with the reveal at the end, they then use this knowledge to help the people involved to try to do something to stop the "alleged" activity. Where the others shows just try to investigate and document, in the end, the point of this show is to help the people involved.

Is this an important enough of a distinction of this show that it should be mentioned in the main description? They don't do much in the show to follow-up if they took the advice or if it helped except for a couple of messages at the very end, but it seems clear to me their point throughout the show isn't just to investigate, but to help the residents/owners. Anyone have any other thoughts on this?

This show is entertainment designed to keep you watching and cultivate fans for the stars, it’s not real life. In any case, Wikipedia adds text that is a summary of what has been published by reliable secondary sources — rather than what editors think about a particular topic. - LuckyLouie (talk) 21:51, 14 May 2021 (UTC)[reply]
