Fair use rationale for Image:Thebermudadepths.jpg
[edit]Image:Thebermudadepths.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

The theme song
[edit]In the last 10 years, I occasionally run into reviews about the theme song to this venerable cult classic.
But here at Wikipedia, the comments appear to be lacking.
The main page of this article would do well with a paragraph or two on the theme song, which I believe was based on a tune by Mozart or Beethoven, and changed very slightly, and retitled "Jenny" or "Jenny's Theme."
The song was so moving, within a year or two of this movie's broadcast, it was borrowed for some car commercials. Wonder who on earth authorized that.
Any help about this movie's song, would be greatly appreciated. Dexter Nextnumber (talk) 06:05, 16 January 2010 (UTC)
There are two songs here that I think you are confusing. The opening and closing theme is indeed called "Jenny", but the haunting classical piece throughout is the second movement of Vivaldi's Guitar Concerto in D. 98.111.50.242 (talk) 04:24, 28 January 2012 (UTC)Harold Jenkins
Possible additional source for notability
[edit]I've been searching to figure out what font they used for the title screen of this movie (with no luck so far) and I came across what appears to possibly be a peer reviewed "review" of the movie. http://jabootu.net/?p=3652 <-- Check it out, and if it is reliable, feel free to add to this article from it. If not, just post a note here so others won't waste time looking into it. Thanks. Technical 13 (talk) 17:47, 28 August 2013 (UTC)
