Is there a picture of cover page for 3rd edition with proper licensing compatible with Wikimedia terms? Does anyone think if we should contact authors and ask for a cover page photo? Third edition

According to The Art of Computer Programming

The first installment of Volume 4 (a paperback fascicle) was published in 2005. The hardback volume 4A was published in 2010. Additional fascicle installments are planned for release approximately biannually.

There's evidence it's on the way:

• Cambridge University Press has listed the third edition in a "Physics 2011" brochure under the same ISBN 0521809266 that was floated earlier, giving this month (June 2011) as the publication date. Mind you, CUP US gave a February 2011 pub. date in a Fall/Winter 2010 brochure. :/
• Amazon.com is once again (6 June 2011) listing the third edition, under ISBN 0521809266 as before. Now Amazon says it's in stock, with a "Usually ships within 1 to 3 months." delivery time, though it pretty clearly isn't.
• On 20 May, someone on the EEVblog forum claimed to have emailed Winfield Hill about the book, and posted what he said were Hill's replies. Hill is reported to have said

  We're working full-time on the 3rd edition, and are more than 2/3 through so far, and hope to see it out this year, although it may slip a bit.

  The replies certainly look genuine; blog owner David L. Jones took them as such. Last July Jones himself reported receiving an email from Hill giving "Early next year we hope." as the target. Anyone want to contact Hill to confirm, and ideally get something that can be cited without reliability/RS wars? --RW Dutton (talk) 15:04, 6 June 2011 (UTC)
