- Number one: the 'running time' is the total time the program is shown for, including any commercials. Take a look at The Apprentice (U.S. TV series) where this is the same.
Number two: we don't know what makes up the €100,000. As it is, simply stating that it is a contract worth that amount of money is perfectly acceptable. The contract may be made of a salary, bonus, non-monetary reward, anything. We don't know, and Wikipedia is not a crystal ball. Why include that "TV3 have refused to confirm or deny if this is the case or not"? Has anyone asked them? Have they actually said on the record "we refuse to comment"? If they have, then show me a reference. If not, then it doesn't stay in the article. Simple. --Schcamboaon scéal? 19:57, 18 June 2008 (UTC)

- I wonder if Sir Alan Sugar would be happy being referred to as Alan Sugar? He was knighted for services to business in 2000. The least that can be done is that you acknowledge his honour unless as an Irish republican you refuse to acknowledge foreign titles? 89.204.251.16 (talk) 13:50, 22 June 2008 (UTC)
- Sir Alan's article is at Alan Sugar. I suggest you use WP:RM to propose a name change there before you list him as being knighted here (which is hardly relevant in the context). --Schcamboaon scéal? 14:07, 22 June 2008 (UTC)
- Gerry Adams would be proud of your actions, you hypocrite. 89.204.251.16 (talk) 23:12, 22 June 2008 (UTC)
- Ian Paisley would be proud of yours. Or should that be the Reverend Ian Paisley? ;) --Schcamboaon scéal? 10:49, 23 June 2008 (UTC)

Quote
[edit]Way back in June when it was added (when this article referred to a future event and when scarce little other info was available) the "press release" style quote from Cullen added some (minor) value. However, now that the article is expanded and includes more specific detail, the quote is incongruous, "weak" and adds nothing for the reader. I've moved it to the bottom (as it definitely shouldn't be in the intro - where it did nothing but break it up). I feel however that it should be removed totally, as it's all but pointless. What value does this quote add? Nothing that the reader doesn't get from the text. If it was a controversial quote, imparted something unusual or specific, then maybe I could see a place. But Cullen telling us what time he gets up in the morning? Pointless. Guliolopez (talk) 17:59, 6 November 2008 (UTC)
- I agree 100% with you on this. That quote is pointless and should go. Alanmryan100 (talk) 21:55, 11 November 2008 (UTC)
Winners/etc
[edit]Hi. An editor (or editors) keeps adding in detail which "completes" the candidate table through the end of the program. Indicating who was fired through the remaining 7 episodes of the program, and ultimately, who wins. Given that (as of mid-November 2008) these episodes have not yet been aired, it is absolutely required that an authoritative cite for this be provided. Otherwise it breaches the WP:VER guidelines. So, if you know (or think you know) the outcome of the series, please CITE your sources. Instead of just re-adding content that the rest of us cannot verify. Guliolopez (talk) 11:28, 10 November 2008 (UTC)
Geraldine, you're fired! Oops, too early.
[edit]On Dublin's 98, they had an interview with her and she said she didn't get the job. Spoiled the suprise. Thought I saw Stephen in Jurys Inn. Lucinda should go. I can predict Stephen to win. 86.42.199.115 (talk) 22:51, 30 November 2009 (UTC)
Page is too long
[edit]We need to divide this page into separate pages per series. It is much too long. DarkFireYoshi 21:03, 22 April 2013 (UTC)
