The definition may not be correct - eg see A Short History of Greek Mathematics, James Gow, p62 as one example - gives usage as referring to "groups of 4" - does this term actually have a specific meaning? or is it just untranslated greek term for "set of four".
A tetrad is four of something, like a quartet, while a tetractys is a triangular pattern of ten (10) elements. If someone looks up tetrad and gets redirected to tetractys he will be confused.
