There was a temple of Theseus, Theseion , see Thuk 6.61
Perhaps a different temple, not sure, but then that mistaken ascription is the origin of the name, not a superstition about Theseus. Or they are the same and the relation with Theseus myth pertained to this temple? 2A01:C23:5CA5:B900:9451:D068:AC53:7187 (talk) 22:29, 15 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
