Tarot spreads?

[edit]

All the articles on Tarot don’t have anything about the different tarot spreads. There are a lot, too many to list in an article, but we could at least do the more common ones, like the Celtic cross spread and the three-card spread. 98.97.36.166 (talk) 03:29, 4 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Lack of criticism concerning its effectiveness

[edit]

One of the most obvious criticisms of tarot is that some people don't know if it works at all, or if it is even useful rather than a waste of time. It should be reflected in the criticism section.

I'm unsure which sources might suggest that these skeptics exist, even though it seems self-evident that they do.

We do have to be careful to maintain the NPOV, when doing so. Color511511 (talk) 15:02, 22 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

"even useful rather than a waste of time" It is a form of divination. The main article on the topic already states: "experiments do not support the idea that divination techniques can actually predict the future more reliably or precisely than would be possible without it."
