Wine Searcher editorial vaguely suggests that there are more vineries

That's this article. It also talks about a wine festival in As-Suwayda, which if true would almost certainly indicate that there are multiple producers of wine, if not commercial producers. This should be reserached. —Alalch E. 18:37, 2 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
