Notability
[edit]SYRE were originally a UK heavy Metal Band, with Chaz Petty on Guitar, not Canadian!
Investigating the claim that the song "Say hi to my girlfriend" charted, I found these Google news results indicating the Chicago Tribune provided some form of coverage in June 1991. That's not a confirmation of a charting song, but it does make a case that the band may be notable. -- Whpq (talk) 15:34, 12 June 2009 (UTC)
The album "it ain't pretty being easy" was released on A&M records in Canada in June of 1989. It was released in the U.S, Europe and Japan on Red Light/ Relativity records in March of 1990. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Bassuglyman (talk • contribs) 03:25, 7 April 2012 (UTC)
