Hi,
I notice that user @Pakoire: has removed the speedy deletion template from this article, which seems in line with the following instruction on the template: If this article does not meet the criteria for speedy deletion, or you intend to fix it, please remove this notice. However user Sreeram Dilak has put the template back onto the article. I don't think this is the correct process. I think the next step by @Sreeram Dilak: would be to propose the article for deletion?

Yes, that is correct. I think the concern is that you've cited what this person has done- but not explained why it is significant.
