2003 murder in the Sunshine Theater?

Would it be worth including a mention about the murder of Marissa Mathy-Zvaifler? In 2003 she attended a concert at the Sunshine Theater and was killed in the building by a sex-offender who was employed as a janitor. Her body was concealed in the building for several days.
