Contested deletion
[edit]This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because... (your reason here) --Xanderyang (talk) 16:48, 20 March 2015 (UTC) I wouldn't spend time on the importance of solar. Concentrated Photovoltaics (CPV) is a young technology of solar power which "achieved tremendous progress and has the potential for delivering solar electricity at a cost-competitive level in sun-rich regions with high direct irradiation values." [1]
With all the CPV start-up companies filing bankruptcy or being acquired, Suncore is one of the few standing to continue support the industry and the technology. [2]
Suncore is NOT the only CPV companies listed on Wikipedia, but the most importing one missed by Wikipedia: Soitec Morgan Solar Zenith Solar
The significance of Suncore's "notability" can also be reflected if you look at the NREL's white paper about CPV.[3]
Hope this makes the case.
