unclear

It is not clear to me what this list is trying to be. Does it include the nominees and the winners? It doesn't seem to, but the nominees and winners were also submitted, right? So, I think that should be stated in the introduction to the article. I am really surprised at how few films are listed on this page. Is this category new?
