Merge with "defensive democracy"?
[edit]This page should be merged with the more general "defensive democracy" that deals with this and other implementations of this idea. Both pages should be edited, of course, and maybe I'll do it sometime, but this page is currently redundant. 68.232.74.209 (talk) 15:17, 19 July 2011 (UTC)

"Fortified"?!?
[edit]I'm a native speaker of German. There's no way to translate streitbar as "fortified". It means "quarrelsome", "warlike", "having a bring-it-on attitude"; and wehrhaft is "ready and able to defend itself". David Marjanović (talk) 01:04, 26 October 2014 (UTC)
- Changing to "militant". Wegesrand (talk) 11:19, 18 June 2015 (UTC)
wrong term
[edit]freiheitlich-demokratische Grundordnung is wrong, freiheitliche demokratische Grundordnung is correct. The term freiheitliche demokratische Grundordnung is used in german legislative texts / laws. DerElektriker (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 08:21, 15 December 2015 (UTC)
