He´s the best Italian football player ever (Italy U21 vs. Slovakia U21 2014)
- Not done: He's neither Italian, nor a football player. NiciVampireHeart 13:55, 21 October 2014 (UTC)
Undue weight?
[edit]@Aircorn: re the above, I'd readily concede that the Douglas and Teale stuff can/should go, that was just remarks about McLean in existing articles, with references, so I thought I would include it, but it isn't significant.
However I would assert that the Aberdeen v Motherwell comment and the Inverness v Celtic comment should stay as these were matches of importance and the decisions (not) made by the ref had a direct consequence on the outcomes (please read the sources if not already done so), the Celtic match in particular received widespread media coverage, if you want I can easily find more sources for it, I only did not do so due to not wishing to draw too much attention to it, being aware that it would be unfair to emphasise the rare mistakes more than the consistent good performances which attract little comment.
