The more or less official sources, such as A church near you (published by the Church of England), and also Dove's Guide for Church Bell Ringers, which as indicated by http://dove.cccbr.org.uk/FAQs.php#A2 takes its information on dedications from Crockford's Clerical Directory as published by the Church of England, given the name of this church as St Laudus, rather than St Laud. We probably ought to move this article to reflect this. I've tried checking on the Dicoese of Truro's own website, but if you do a search for church, it just pings you back to A church near you
