A note about the new article

Apparently an article for the St. Francis Yacht Club had already been created, and then deleted. WP doesn't seem to have the deleted wiki archived, so I can't tell what information it may have contained, nor why it was deleted. The Club clearly meets WP:Notable, so there's no reason a wiki on it shouldn't exist. I've put up the framework to which I will be adding over the near future.
