Tone
[edit]For obvious reasons this reads more like a webpage for the library than an encyclopedia article about it. Text like "Notify the library immediately if your card is lost or stolen in order to prevent unauthorized use" is not encyclopedic. --Moonriddengirl (talk) 14:04, 2 November 2008 (UTC)
