[edit]This name may be misspelled according to Catholic churches list. ADALBERT
Where?
[edit]The coords are of a red brick church on the northeast corner of 168th and Elton Avenue. There's good evidence that this is actually the Melrose Community Reformed Church. Do we know where St Adelbert's is? Jim.henderson (talk) 02:23, 14 December 2013 (UTC)

St. Adelbert's Church (Bronx) → Saint Adelbert's Church – Replacement of disputed abbreviations ('St.' or 'St'?) by a clear informative full name. Peco Wikau (talk) 22:13, 17 December 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose. All the other churches in Category:Closed churches in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of New York use the abbreviation "St.", and no reason has been offered to treat this church as an exception to the convention.
This abbreviated usage is supported by the only online reliable source in the article, an archive of the NYT from 1919 which also uses "St." in all cases. --BrownHairedGirl (talk) • (contribs) 02:57, 18 December 2015 (UTC) - Oppose Stop it. You're wasting everyone's time with your frivolous move requests and your sock puppets. Knock it off. Rockypedia (talk) 15:44, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
- Oppose certainly wasting everyone's time. User:Rockypedia is a SPI ongoing? In ictu oculi (talk) 17:29, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
- Yes, it's here. It's the first time I've ever submitted one - In ictu oculi, if you could review and advise on whether I did it right, I'd appreciate it. Thanks. Rockypedia (talk) 17:54, 18 December 2015 (UTC)
