[edit]There is disagreement on the number of colleges with teams (in the first section) and with the listing of all the colleges in the Major Colleges section. I feel like we should pare down the list to actually reflect the schools with teams, for example, Union doesn't list athletic programs on their site. Also, let's change the section heading to Colleges or something because it's good to list Mt. St. Joseph, but can it be said to be "major" as a division III school? Thoughts? Ohio State
[edit]Does Ohio State have any place in the colleges section? Obviously it's not local per se but there is certainly a prescence in the area. -MichiganCharms (talk) 03:31, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
Not much of a fan base in Cincinnati. Honestly, there is more of a University of Kentucky loyalty than Ohio State in Cincinnati. Also, Xavier and University of Cincinnati loyalties take up most of the college fan stock in Cincinnati, which is largely mutually exclusive to OSU. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.132.104.101 (talk) 06:10, 25 May 2015 (UTC)
National Collegiate Rowing Championship
[edit]National Collegiate Rowing Championship says it was held from 1983 to 1996, but cites no authority. An editor added a note re possible deletion. Does anyone know a source for this? Eagle4000 (talk) 16:06, 31 July 2010 (UTC)
