Untitled
[edit]"When she started showing an interest, Spencer was thrilled, and after just one date the two ended up in bed together. However, Stacey was lying about her age, she was only 15 and when Spencer finally admitted that he wasn't the wealthy entrepreneur that he claimed to be, she informed him of her age and told him that unless she gave him money she would shop him to the police for soliciting an underage girl. Spencer was mortified and was forced to pay her hush money for a while, until he finally stood up to her and called her bluff."
I have edited this as it is incorrect: Stacey was 16 when she slept with Spencer and lied about her age so that she could blackmail him. According to the offical website she slept with Spencer on her 16th birthday preciesly. Therefore he had not comitted any crime.

Possible re-write
[edit]I added the {{cleanup-section}} tag to the "history" section of this article because it appears to be littered with words and phrases such as "flogging dodgy gear" and "bag a kiss", which I don't think are appropriate. The Baroness of Morden (talk) 12:11, 2 February 2008 (UTC)
Age Confusion
[edit]Just been reading through this article and noticed the paragraph on him approaching his 18th birthday. Well his birthdate is listed as April 1983 which means he would have celebrated his 18th birthday in April 2001; but he arrived in November 2002? Was he SORASED? - Unlikely to be SORAS, I'd say the date of birth has been listed wrong in this article. I think the dates of birth used to be on the EastEnders website, and there are two archived links for Spencer's profile in the Internet Archive, but I can't get either of them to load to be able to check.
